Caption, anyone?
IMAGICAT
A nice nest night, and not too windy, and not raining :-)
Many thanks to all for their kind wishes posted on yesterday's update. Now begins a home recuperation which I am told will be a minimum of 6 weeks, so intend to visit as often as sleep allows.
SCYLLA: I sent you a pm - hope you can read it and drop me a line with your advice when you get a few minutes.
Some people think Ospreys are a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.

Skydancing, loud and clear.

Nice one CRINGER!
I tried to msg you several hours ago but I don't think it "went". Shall attempt to make contact again. Probably more sensibly after having a think :-)
Stopped and landing PDQ !!! (I'm off-station, having had grocery delivery and am at sixes and sevens.)
Stood "looking", mostly away from us but here's a disdainful glance:
Only stayed a minute or two.
I was going to say that that was the strongest, longest skydance I'd heard - but of course it's not how loud he calls, it's how near he flies.
I can hear crackles now and then, don't know if it's rain or just the mike.
Getting lighter:
