Happy New Week all:
Rumbles of thunder all day, but it seems to be passing just east of us. Apparently our share arrives tomorrow evening.
I seem to have lost the Rich Text formatting option - and the text has gone weird.
OG: Apparently Aldi is going to open some stores in California. Your lunch at the Old Toll House sounds wonderful.
HEATHER: Here's a very long link to a film of passengers arriving g to board the Lusitania on its last voyage. Extremely clear images for the times. www.criticalpast.com/video/65675040085_SS-Lusitania_passengers-arrive-at-dock_passengers-aboard-SS-Lusitania_author-Elbert-Hubert
LINDYBIRD: My hammock, which as a large metal frame, is stored in the garage in favor of my zero-gravity folding chair, which is so much easier to put up and then away.
LYNETTE: Home delivered groceries sounds wonderful, except I buy from three separate stores and like to see/feel the veggies/fruit.
Not sure "whether I am coming or going": probably done too much of both so far this week! But just wanted to say we are okay - and wish CLARE a wonderful Minsmere day tomorrow! Will try to catch up before the end of the week.
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
She is obviously a loveable rascal, LINDY and things will eventually settle down. You probably wonder just what you did with your time, BB !!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TOMORROW
to
BRENDA & OH!
Oh Lindy, puppy will have to go to obedience classes me thinks - seriously though do hope you can tame her and destroying the garden is not on.
Not been on for a few days as nothing much to say but keep looking at all your news. Thank you .

Just popping in to say Hi. This is the first time I have been on my computer for a few days. I have read all your posts.
Linda, When I read about Bonnies behaviour in your garden, you are echoing just what my neighbour is saying about her 12 week old puppy. She has just enrolled for training classes for her and the pup. She is a very keen gardener and is getting so upset at the damage done by the pup. It is to be expected from a young dog. She has now fenced off most of her flower beds. I do know how you feel, but as you say, Bonnie is already a very loved member of your family and has many good points.Good Luck with your new camera.
Clare, Have a fabulous day at Minsmere.
OG, Enjoy your two days with your OH, whatever you decide to do.
I will catch up with you ALL tomorrow.
Wow, Thank you OG.
Hallo all: I see the Saga of Bonnie continues. :-)
Brenda: Happy Anniversary! (and of course, thank you OG for reminding us).
Clare: Looking forward to hearing how your Minsmere day goes.
All: Busy week with errands and things. Weather has settled down so tackled the laundry today. I see an ironing board in my future. Tomorrow it's grocery shopping on a grand scale. Must make a coherent list - I've been a bit haphazard lately and had to pop to store for one or two items every day or so - not efficient at all.
Take care everyone.
Good morning, all! Minsmere today, Minsmere today, MINSMERE TODAY!!!!! I'm not getting at all excited, by the way.
A very happy anniversary to Brenda and her other half! Have a lovely day, both of you.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
