Where we are now, according to our MOFFER:
They, especially EJ are spending less and less time on the nest. In fact she only comes when she wants fish, and even then she's started landing on the campost, or to defend the nest from female intruders.
Odin bless him, is still living in hope I think. Skydancing, keeping the nest tidy, bringing in sticks and defending it. Even that seems to go in fits and starts now.

Nasty hail and rain yesterday, our birds not seen on the nest for many, many hours. We look forward to the sound and sight of Odin very soon this morning.
IMAGICAT
Morning ALL! I was up and tried to log on at the ungodly hour of 06.00hr this morn.... but had no internet. So here I am as usual.
Thanks you VALERIE for letting us know that Odin has had a fish today. At least one of them is still around. Perhaps when the VC opens up the cam may find him again for us :)
Have a good day at Minsmere LIMPY.
The sun has come out
Birdie's DU Summaries 2018 https://www.imagicat.com/
Morning Sheila. I couldn't log in either, so I was late getting here. Still no sighting on cam of either bird :(
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
Hi Moffer. No sign of activity at all. The occasional noise thru the mic, but I don't know whether it is wind of an osprey on cam post.
I can't hear any song birds, just the odd dull blowing sound.
While it's quiet I'm going to get on with some jobs, but I have my Kindle on and will be back if anyone appears. So far 23 hours of ENS :(
I am popping out, but will be back. ENS
24 hours without a single landing on the nest. We have stayed on static nest cam, no moving cam in that time. Thank goodness Valerie told us that Odin was in the cam tree.
The nest should be more inviting now that it's dried out and the sun's out.
Yes. Very quiet today. We know Odin has had a fish and I suspect EJ has gone fishing. We are missing the roving camera. At least we appreciate it all the more when someone has the time to do it for us. Thank you Scylla, Moffer, SheilaFE and others for keeping such a close and regular eye on things.
12.50 I have popped back, and find yet another ENS :(
Odin has landed!!!!!!!
He's mantling.....no sound.
Climbed up on his perch. looked around and left
