Where we are now, according to our MOFFER:
They, especially EJ are spending less and less time on the nest. In fact she only comes when she wants fish, and even then she's started landing on the campost, or to defend the nest from female intruders.
Odin bless him, is still living in hope I think. Skydancing, keeping the nest tidy, bringing in sticks and defending it. Even that seems to go in fits and starts now.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Nasty hail and rain yesterday, our birds not seen on the nest for many, many hours. We look forward to the sound and sight of Odin very soon this morning.
IMAGICAT
A somewhat glary nest for Odin to land on, could be worse:
Getting light. Not sure if we have sound or not - we should have heard skydancing before now... better check the last half-hour...
DAYCAM 0351hr:
Looks soggy:
I have heard and seen nothing.
I hope we get a report from VALERIE and ALISON, if they're on duty, as soon as poss.
Morning, LIMPY, a disappointing one so far.
It's a beautiful scene if only it had ospreys in it:
It looks wet and gloomy this morning,so I will leave you to it Scylla and I must be on my way to work again at Minsmere syal.
Good morning Scylla. I take it Limpy has gone. Scene unchanged.
Birdies LG DU update.
