On a (by turns) hot, cool, dry, wet, still, windy day... Odin spent his time eating, nestorising, and, all too often, defending - putting the fear of god into allcomers.

Terrific news, CLARE :-)
Odin is responding to an intruder again.
13.20 Odin has returned, a brief mantle and then a wander around the nest, and a post near the campost, still half mantling. Intruder or EJ nearby? He is not calling.
You'd think is was below the nest :-/
The stream is rather juddery.
Wing flaps heard but bird not seen. Odin piped.
He's gone.
EJ has landed
Joined by Odin :)
EJ leaves, and Odin poses, and then moves to the back of the nest after moving a stick
You'd think Odin would be all mantled out by now ;-)
