Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

There are workers on the railway line. Strange that the two chicks left too. Glesni doesn't like men with orange jackets but the chicks must be used to seeing them, before they fledged.

She seems to have lost C and B and she is now enjoying the trout. I feel sorry for the chicks now.
I'm assuming that if they were hungry they would have come back. It's good to see Glesni tucking in uninterrupted.
She is obviously getting ready to leave in 2/3 weeks.
