Well today was a wet day at Loch Garten so there was not quite so much going on. Loch Garten did publish a blog telling us that Breagha has setlled into his favourite stopover place in the Loire Valley.
One question that keeps coming up is whether Odin and EJ might migrate early?
Well there is just no reason to believe that they will. The nest failed in 2005 and 2007 and EJ migrated on 18th August 2005 and 19th August 2007. See EJ profile
As always the nest has to be defending. Letting a new couple settle in over the summer would be a very serious mistake.

Some wonderful captures of Odin, MOFFER
What are you up to Limpy apart from deleting all your posts :)
Limpy got us all excited as lots of bird pictures..
Whoops wrong nest!!
And no soon do I go out when we had action on the nest. Perhaps I should go out again :)
ENS and cam on the nest.
I hope you had an enjoyable time touring Speyside, Keith. Pity no one was at home at Carrbridge and LG! I was a little surprised that Green J has already left the nest area. Perhaps she is also wandering around rather than on her southward migration.

Sheila, as of last week GreenJ was still on the Spey at the side of the A9 at Dalwhinnie. Must be a bit bleak there in this miserable weather, but the fishing must be good.
No sightings since Odin left the camera tree.
What a shame about the sound again :((

Odin's on the nest. I'm pretty sure that there's an intruder around, but we can't hear what's going on.
Yay, Right Osprey and right nest too amazing.
