Yesterday was an incredibly quiet and wet day, with no sightings of EJ or Odin all day, on the static nest cam.
Then at 20.50 EJ landed.....hooray! Odin leapt into action, skydancing, mantling (funny boy, so serious) and nestorising almost until night cam came on. He put on quite a show.
Our pair are certainly still with us, I am very happy to say :)

Now in the camera tree together
There's supposed to be only about a minute delay on the cam, but I wonder? ;-D

I didn't hear the Cuckoo. Come to that I haven't heard wingbeats or any bird calls either for a while, just hum. Has the sound gone again?
Thanks for all updates and pics, some lovely captures folks.

So the sound has gone again, or we would have heard him.
Wendy, please can you let Jen know in the morning. It's a dodgy lead I believe, that just need a wiggle to get sound back. Many thanks.
Night all :)
