I've checked 'n checked - there's no DU started yet, so here y'are ;-)
Another day went by with EJ and Odin bonding, fishing, eating and repelling (yes, presumably BlueDarvic was back but we have no ID)... sometimes in sound only, other times with spectacular, if grainy, views that we've never seen before :o
BUT! The star of the day was our unsung, singing-his-heart-out hero, The Chaffinch!
(Note to self - please get yourself some decent picture-poshifying software!)
IMAGICAT
Time to go. ENS in the evening sunshine - unless I have a frozen screen! See you all tomorrow.

That's not what I see Sheila.
LOL Sheila. You've had a frozen screen since about 17.30. Look where the shadow is :)
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
From Sue C's tracking page. Blue 66 is a Loch Lomand bird from 2011.
Yes, both 66 and 69 were 2011 Loch Lomond chicks. That surely makes that area a likely place of origin.
ENS since Odin flew at 18.05
Blue 66 came from a nest of 2 so it is possible the other chick may have been 65 or 67.
Blue 66 was on the Aberfoyle Nest 2 for several days mating in 2013 but then left.
I have sent a text to a colleague who I think ringed Blue 66 and am awaiting a reply to see if he ringed 65.
Many thanks Keith. It would just be very interesting to know.
ENS still, and no sound of them either, but the sun is coming out :)
Sorry Keith, accidentally flagged your post as spam but don't know how to remove the flag!
Thanks everyone for all the lovely captures and updates today. Just seen the updated blog! Hopefully we find out soon where Blue 65 hails from, I'm sure somebody knows :-) Off for the night now ... BFN
