.For some of us, yesterday was a day when our attention was caught by happy events on other nests in our little cam realm - for EJ, it was a day of a lot of calling but not enough fish, some defending, plus a proper mating and an improper mating ;-)
Not very eventful, in other words, but some of us thought that EJ was looking more her old self - just beautiful and phenomenal.
It's such a pity that we're not keeping EJ and her 3 eggs company tonight, we've been left with a very nice view:
I'm off to sleep, looking foward already to the morning catch-up.

Not quite yet - just returned from bed-time preparations to find EJ incubating her egg :-/
A little faffing and then she decided to incubate:
Not still for long tho - someone out there? PM, eg?
But this is still the scene:
She's just started calling, went on for a good few seconds, stopped, started again, stopped.
She left with the last call above but I didn't see as I was typing... then I got locked out, then couldn't use RF. Sunday syndrome budding? I hope not.
Something attracted her attention:
She got up calling:
Reversed to the back of the nest and left:
Must turn in now, there's been no action since the above. ENS.
Early morning mating - suddenly EJ was calling!

And still she calls...
