Happy New Week!
Good morning all. Clare good luck with the interview, i have everything crossed for you.
CLARE Do I take it you have another interview today? Very good luck. I am off to work soon. No idea if we will be open or not or packing up smoke damaged clothes. I will just have to wait and see
Thanks, both. Very nervous!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Best wishes, Clare: I hope I am not too late!
Although there is still stuff to do at home, we are taking our day out, to include Caerlaverock while the sun still shines. We can grab gardening time between dentist visits later in the week. As for Housework, there will be wet days to fill next week!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Having a lazy day today. Washing is hanging outside. It is our first bowls session late afternoon and I will need the extra effort for playing on the green, after playing indoors all winter. The first match is on Saturday, but as the green is only opened tonight for the first time this season, I don't think I will be putting my name down to play until I have had more practise.
Our garden bin hasn't been collected yet, so they are going to have to take extra bags, outside of the bin !!!
Hoping Clare's interview goes well, today.
I have just learned that the Wellesley Ravencam will feature on Springwatch this year - I can't wait!
Hello all
Good news from here, GP forwarded letter from the hospital that said that all OH's biopsies were normal, no malignancies in his colon and oesopghageal biopsy confirmed Barrett 's oesophagus, which we already knew about, so no malignancy there either.
Wonderful news, Heather. I'm happy for you, your OH, and family!
Good luck, Clare.
Lindy: The recent photos of Bonnie were adorable.
