Another good day for EJ and Odin. Despite the wind the nest is looking better, with more soft nest material, and a new blog from Jen is reassuringly unworried about the PM hole. I was watching EJ working there this evening and was reminded of a past season when the nestcup was steep and deep - maybe the PM only nuzzled a hole that was already there.
I expect EJ to add to the good news from other nests very soon ;-)
It's a blustery, wet night.

EJ's making no move to take it. Odin waits.
He's flown and taken the fish with him
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
Heard Odin land but I didn't see the fish. Thanks for the heads up, Moffer. EJ doesn't seem too interested. Similar to how Lassie was for a couple of days before she laid an egg last night. Now Odin has just flown off with the fish.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Brilliamt MOFFER - thanks for fish report. Just got home from work. Thank you all for the posts and pice. MARY HERON LIMPY - great to have those pics
Odin's back with the fish. This time EJ takes it.
And she's flown with it,
Odin does a little house keeping.

EJ's back. Can't see any fish. Odin has flown.
EJ standing in the nest cup area, looking as phenomenal as usual. I'd be surprised if she laid before Friday but Ospreys don't do things by our human textbooks.
I have to say, EJ looks quite comfy on the nest tonight.
I agree Heron. She looks ready to me too.
