Daily Update Tuesday 7th April 2015.

ODIN THE MAGNIFICENT!
 
Well at last Odin is home, safely back with EJ, and now the season can really get under way at Loch Garten.  I think Odin has caught us all out this season, turning up in the early hours of the morning.
 
I feel that there is still so much we do not know about Ospreys or other birds and mammals  so with Odin turning up when did we should not be surprised.
As you can see from the posts yesterday he has been a busy boy - working on the nest, bringing fish to EJ and doing his thing with EJ (mating).
 
Now we watch and wait for the first egg - don’t you just love it?  I do.

    LoL Heron77...I think tonight it is shut-eye catch-up night, for a no doubt hectic viewing day of activity ahead :-)

    ]I am logging off now to get some sleep & shutting all receivers off!  If I should wake before dawn am definitely not watching anything!!  But it was exciting!

    That's exactly what I was going to say... "someone".  I thought it was EJ at first but the shape has changed :-/
