Thanks MOFFER.
Lovely, Moffer - thanks for adding the photo! She looks very relaxed.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Thank you, Moffer.
Your welcome all :) I always refer to that branch as the lower nest tree branch. There's another small branch (just out of sight of the cam) on the far side of the nest. The camera tree is a few metres to the right of the nest, as viewed from the cam. She must be happy and resting up.
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
Good to know she is on the tree branch rather than out on the town, but that nest needs a lot of work, and she is already a few days behind! Maybe the Pine Marten Hole needs two working together to repair it! C'mon , Odin, there is a race to be won!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
She and Odin will really get stuck into that nest when he returns - it will be weeks until eggs are laid so I'm not too worried.
Hope so, Clare - I have a bad feeling about this nest this year - but I hope I am wrong.
That's over 24 hours now, with EJ not coming to the nest. I know that she's close by, but I haven't seen this before. The nest needs lots of work. Perhaps the smell of PM is putting her off after all, or she's just really tired after her migration.

HAPPY EASTER to all
What a lovely surprise :-) Thank you LYNETTE :-*
Thanks for your Easter wishes too, MOFFER, and anyone whose name I thought I'd remember but now can't ;-)
O Odin, Odin, wherefore art thou, Odin?

How on earth have we managed four pages of posts when EJ the Beautiful hasn't made a single appearance today?
