Thanks for the updates morning shift. Hope you are all well. Lovely to see EJ in your captures, looks like she is doing a spot of housework before capturing breakfish
Morning, Lmac. I'm on top of the world knowing I've got this lovely bird to watch for the next five months.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
She's off again. Will she bring back a stick or her breakfish? Love the word, Lmac!
Now you are going to get offered a job that you will not want to go to Clare. Fate.
She's flown. Here are a couple of my pics of her visit. Clare did a wonderful job, and fast, at the time.

Back again with a small stick :)
But, Clare, will it definitely be he? Remember her track record for dalliances!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
A stick:
I could have sworn I just heard a very brief spot of noise from the cam - fingers crossed!
How frustrating to see her beak moving and we can't hear her :( It's just wonderful to see her though, even if she is fuzzy.
She's off again. It's so lovely to watch her getting stuck into the nest as she always does at the start of the season - she is looking in good shape as well. I wonder if she had any really hairy moments as she made her journey north, or whether she took it very carefully and sensibly to minimise risk?
