Lots of interesting posts on the previous threads. Thanks folks. EJ on nest/eggs right now. Doesn't look too windy. Marge on her eggs too.
Still both on nest: EJ getting blown about a lot in the wind:
It's so lovely to see Odin brooding the eggs and not wanting to hand over! I've just put a link to a video clip on the Weekly chat page about a similar incident with Derby Cathedral peregrines ... it took her 14 minutes to persuade the male to get off the eggs!

Just popped back. There is another Blog 'Sneaky EJ' on the main page.
A brief mating - not helped by windy conditions. EJ now just looking at the egg:
& now she's settling down again....
Odin has moved, they mated and he leaves. I just noticed that the wind is lifting the large branch on the side of nest.
EJ sittting calmly on the nest, in spite of the very gusty sounds around her.
The fish sharing system that EJ & Odin have designed is certainly working for them.
Has anyone seen this fish sharing between other pairs of Ospreys? Or is this one more "throw out the rule book" at LG :)

I've been away from the webcam but she's still sitting there, looking around.
Good afternoon Brenda H. It certainly has been a bit windy for EJ and Odin. Have been watching most of the morning and some lovely shots of them together. I saw a couple of matings this morning, perhaps that is why she takes her fish off so as to get some peace.

Just logged on to see Odin bring in more furniture ... he sure is trying to make the nest secure ... and then of course he flies of and immediately returns to mate!!
