Lots of interesting posts on the previous threads. Thanks folks. EJ on nest/eggs right now. Doesn't look too windy. Marge on her eggs too.
Ej has just got up and is sitting on the side of the nest having a little stretch and flap. And about five minutes later, she's back on her egg.
Oh. Now Marge is up stretching and flapping.
And Marge is back on the eggs pretty quick.
Hi Annette. Have you been doing the 'nightshift' al by yourself? Looks like everyone else (including me) has been dashing around catching up with other things which must get done. ;-) EJ still looks comfy and alert on her nest.
Smiles, Jan.
Hi Wattle: I've been doing ironing - what else! - and now I'm about to polish an antique silver dressing table set (English of course) that my sister gave me some years back. Also have had one eye on Russia House (the John le Carre book-turned-move) and now watching - well, not really - Airplane AND keeping one eye on EJ and the other on Marge. Phew!!
Hmm. Marge has just flown off. And come back. And the branch in front of the cam is shaking.....
It's pretty light at LG and EJ is looking around at something....
EJ up and has gone for a flight - and immediately comes back and settles down again. I was intrigued to read on the latest "official" blog that females can decide whether or not to lay depending on how the male performs. Amazing!
And.....there was Odin, in for his morning pick-me-up. EJ definitely interested in something around the nest - still windy there. She's up, stretching her wings and - settled again.
Really windy at LOTL today. And we have color at LG.
