Hi everyone!
Good Morning Everyone. Grey sky, here, also , Linda. 4.0c so not as cold. We enjoyed a long walk yesterday in sunshine. We watched the Bafta Awards last night, but I was disappointed in Stephen Fry as the presenter.
Linda, We have a kitchen draw, which seems to have become a 'don't know where to put it' or 'too lazy to put away properly' draw. I looked this morning and it had garden twine and secateurs in it. Obviously one of us felt too lazy to put them away outside. The draw is nearest to the back door.
Margo, Hope you had a good weekend. Best wishes for the start of another chemo week. X
I am off to play bowls shortly. I hope you are all enjoying your Monday. SYAL
Hello everyone
I have been enjoying all your news, chat and pics.
Life here is much and such the same as usual.
OH has an appointment for cataract surgery on 18th February. He says he is not worried about it but he is complaining of various tummy symptoms, which he often gets when he is stressed.
LINDY I did indeed read your reassuring message at the time and passed it on to my OH. He is I think more apprehensive than he might otherwise be because he has had shockingly poor distance vision since his late teens. Thankfully modern technology gives him thinner lenses in his specs, they used to be ' bottle bottoms'. He can read without specs, though! Anything to do with eyesight just worries him, even if he's being brave and not admitting it...
