EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
Maya and 33 return to nest - 33 mantling, why is he being coy? (or was there a fish I couldn't see?)
At least the crows eating the EG egg meant one less problem for the Ospreys to deal with (hope the EG realise that this is NOT a good place for them)

Errrrrrrrrrgh! looks like an invasion of something terrible from outer space !!
Scylla both of the cams have been freezing for me. The close up will not load at all today, possible overloaded.
Welcome home Maya and Blue 33! And both on the same day! wonderful, wonderful! Hope they will be able to keep the geese away.
The geese have been around for several years and often move on to the nest before the Ospreys return. I think this is the first time we've seen an egg BUT the Ospreys will easily deal with any further, misguided, attempts should they be foolish enough to try.
Birdies LG DU update.
Indeed RITA . Welcome home both : Phew !! what a glorious day. Have to say SCYLLA - I think it's page 33 that you gave us an absolutely outstanding sequence deserving an oscar at least . THANK you.
I'm sure I have seen eggs on the nest before Mike.
