Brilliant - thanks for that, Sandra. I suspect that as I'm not registered on Twitter I don't quite see everything. I wish they would update their own website with news of returned birds.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
I know I might get a kicking for this but I do feel Rutland are sometimes less than forthcoming. They do great blog posts, absolutely paint the picture and I look forward to them but if you're on FB, Twitter etc then a quick post keeps everyone on side.
