Cathy's device will already have the correct audio drivers for her machine so there is no need to download anything. If she already has Conexant audio drivers & if she has Windows 10 version 2004 that may explain why the audio has stopped working. If neither of these apply then I am not aware of how to solve this other than an uninstall & re-install which Cathy has already tried. I think I'll go back to the Loch Arkaig thread now, it's safer there. Ian

This may sound really obvious but have you checked that the speaker volume control is not set at zero. I did see one web page and that was what they said was the first thing to check!! Ian
