The only inspiration I have for starting the DU early is that... it's SUNDAY MORNING !!!
We've been left in glare mode:
...
Who will we see this morning? Anyone? Just one more glimpse of each of the three, please :'(
IMAGICAT
Lovely poem Lindybird Brought a tear to my eye I dont mind admitting :( Thankyou!
Glad that the poem has been enjoyed. How we will miss "our girls" this year! (And Odin the Magnificent too, of course!)
I wonder whether Odin will pop back to say goodbye. I will leave my hugs and memories until we know that Odin has left. It's a bit premature just now.

Beautiful LINDY I have the biggest lump in my throat
Thank you ALAN for the link to the blog
Who would have thought that when we saw Millie and Druie yesterday it would be our last view. Its been a brilliant season which makes it all the more difficult to part with them
Another lovely evening at LG: just a few osprey missing.
Sheila it's a gorgeous evening... The first for over 2 weeks... But at least the chilly nights encouraged our 2 girls to go...
Thank you LG VC for the picture of Odin today. I shall be looking thru the day's recordings for any sign of him, but these two pictures, exactly 13 hours apart, tell a story - I can't imagine Odin not moving a single stick:
Odin's final (?) 2014 picture enlarged - click for full screen, he and his fish show up well :-)
That's lovely SCYLLA. Perhaps you could put it on the Memory thread?
WENDY is guess there is fresh snow on the hill tops now and summer turns quickly to autumn!
Sheila I think the snow on the tops is the same that we have had all summer. Which I gather is good for the small alpine plants.
Weather so not as predicted and lawn attacked after 3 weeks of growth.
Needed a goat :-) Settled for a husband;-))
