It is another quiet early morning on the nest with the dreaded ENS to look at.
It seem so unreal as a short time a go we were looking at three eggs on the nest and the three young Ospreys
and now all I seem to be looking at is sticks and twigs are well roll on nest season.
Back to this season young ones with Seasca gone and Millicent and Druie still hanging around calling Odin for fish.
Who is going to leave on there migration next and when?
Personally my bet is on Druie to go next on Saturday/Sunday but time will tell.

She has flown.
Yes, but did it not seem that Druie had a good crop? Like a recent meal had been consumed...

She certainly didn't look hungry CC. I still wonder whether they are getting some fish away from the nest, but not sure how. Wendy has never mentioned it, so presumably it doesn't happen nearby. Another of life's mysteries.
Wow ;-D
IMAGICAT
Last shift and it's bucketing down. We had an intruder but that is just the norm these days .
Missed Odin the boy wonder but my compensation was a slice of white lady cake at The Potting shed... scrummy!!
Poor wet Millie now on camera tree. Calling and looking fed up. I think has had a text message via her tracker from Little Miss 60 saying " wish you were here".
Have a human visitor here, how dare he interrupt my vigil? ;-)
The NIGHTCAM is being awkward tonight:
20:59:59 still day:
And unresolved into night:
That's better:
And it didn't take long to get much darker:
Dark here guys but can still see outline of Millie on camera tree..shift over in half an our. Thoroughly enjoyed my few days here:-)
