Well that was relatively painless :-)
We have lost our crystal clear nest, the fuzz started yesterday evening. I'd love to know why.
No confirmation of any "losses" yet (we had a false alarm about Seasca - we didn't see her all day but LG posted a lovely photo of her drooping in the rain), but it can't be long before the first of our birds starts out on its (probably "her") long and perilous journey south. The juvies must be as strong as oxes... or oxen, even, but that doesn't sound right in this context.
I'll be amazed if any of that makes sense, I've been tracking thru yesterday's DU (slowly!) confirming things.
IMAGICAT
All three youngsters now present. Millieat the back minus fish.
Amended with help from Patilly!.
Birdies LG DU update.

I can't tell Millie and Seasca apart!. Have amended my earlier post!.
Seasca has flown with her fish What a pity Odin didn't stick around a little longer then all three could have fed
I did have my doubts too Patily about which of the girls it was, I need to see them both together before saying for sure who is who. You will be happy now that you know Seasca has had her breakfast.
Well I can't stay long this morning happy viewing everyone.
Morning to Scylla, NOC, Sheila et al when they arrive. :-)

We've always known what brilliant parents EJ and Odin are but they seem to be excelling theselves at this stage of the season A fish for each of their daughters and a "spare" since just after 6.00
Druie has flown with her fish So pleased to see the whole family this morning
Well done EJ. All now fed this morning.
Good morning, all. I'm pleased to hear that all of the family have been seen and that Seasca has eaten!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
