Brenda - My OH has had an upset tum, due to some of his treatment. He will have to watch very carefully what he eats for a while. I've been buying lots of bland food. He can't eat some veg or fruit unless he takes their skins off. Do give Margo our love, she must be missing her internet.

Linda, Sorry, I didn't realise your OH was feeling so bad, because of his treatment, and not also because of his determination to keep going. I should have guessed, as I do know of such treatment. It must be bad enough to endure the treatment without having to restrict your diet so much. So sorry again.
I will certainly pass on your message to Margo. At least she has her lovely OH home during the weekend, so I was surprised to receive a phone call from her this morning.

Thanks, Brenda. He is being stoic, as usual, but has been relieved to hear that he doesn't have to cut out alcohol, as long as its in moderation. But tonight he's giving his poor stomach a rest from anything which might upset him.
