Yesterday has been another day of wingercising and helicoptering. Will today be the day one of our gorgeous chicks fledges? We'll see. For now, they are sleeping peacefully.
Tiger's Osprey News
I'm falling asleep too, so I'll say good night to all (hi Scylla!).
Haha, NOC, I think you must be an hour ahead of us ;-) Well that's great, it means I can put a couple of snaps on the end of yesterday ;-D
IMAGICAT
Big kerfuffle at 0138hr :o
This is frame-by-frame, every single frame, within one second, there seems to have been no outside party involved - maybe someone had a tic or a nightmare, or maybe there was a sudden loud noise:
Into the next second, by the clock, but it's still within the one second from start to finish:
Here's Druie looking like a hedgehog in the aftermath (I see that YouTube categorises a hedgehog as a "domesticated animal" :-/ )
Shortly afterwards an elder got up for a poop and the obligatory post-poop flap:
Several flaps actually:
And that disturbed the other elder (I can see the aerials):
Now they're all up!
Well, Druie's awake at least but she's still hedgehoggy:
The second elder took a while to settle down:
Lots of flapping, she thought about taking off ;-)
Must be Mille?
Long time on the edge:
Flapped back to bed, disturbed other elder:
Who got up:
The restlessness is never-ending!
I'm still stuck in the 2 o'clock hour and...
DAYCAM 0406hr
The night was mostly calm after the 2am restlessness... I'll just add on a sweet little head from earlier:
Druie was disturbed by a sibling's wingstretch so she got up:
Then she did that EJ thing with her right foot, sorta clenching her toes up under her tum:
.
FISH @ 0447hr !!!!!!!!!!!
EJ arrived in anticipation:
Glimpse of fish:
Druie getting fed in peace!
