What a strange evening we had, with a fish seemingly rejected and Odin having to bring another, and EJ off and back on the nest during a feed - see the end of yesterday's DU for videos and pics.
#3 seems to be going from strength to strength, s/he has learned to be assertive and is getting darker, we won't be able to tell them apart soon! But we know that a day or two of bad fishing weather could change everything.

EJ is mildly nestorising.
Does anyone else have someone nearby who thinks they are flatulent because of the sound coming from LG? Or is my speaker dying?

Thanks, LIMPY, that's a relief!
Poor EJ is absolutely sodden
Hello everyone, back from my travels (and visits to LG and LotL). Every time I have opened the camera today it has been buffering, particularly this morning. Now I find the sound has gone.
EJ is trying to cover her not so young ones from the wet, and looks as though she is calling for Odin to bring a fish.
I was at LG a week ago, and cannot believe how much they have grown in just a week. I was there for about three hours during which time Odin was apparently away fishing. I had to get back to the house where we were staying, which had no wifi and I had no mobile signal either. So it was a few days later that I was able to check the updates to find I missed him by six minutes!! I did see EJ take a comfort break though, and a stretch of the wings which was lovely. I chatted to Mike (who downloads Breagha's date) and to Richard. Said hello to the two Julies, but Jen and Ian weren't around which was a shame. The only point of real excitement was an intruder who flew passed the nest and worried EJ for a short while. It paid no attention and just flew on.
I'm no photographer and don't have a camera with long lenses, but here are two I took, one of EJ stretching her wings and the other from the big screen which shows the difference in size in just the week!

Sheila, what a lovely update from the centre thank you. Looks damp at LG and damp at Lowes but scorching in Edinburgh, just had to fight my way through 60,000+ screaming little girls (off to 1D) as I walked home - relief to see the tranquillity of LG :)
Odin just brought a fish to the nest

Evening all, loving the updates. As I'm new to this thread can someone please explain "nestorising" for me?
Thanks, Gill
