Harold Barrett (SUNSHINE) sadly passed away on Thursday 10th April 2014
Funeral will be held at Cottingley crematorium on Thursday 24th April 2014 at 13:40

    Christine, sincere condolences to you and your family. Idid not know Sunshine, but know from reading posts on these forums how much people thought of him. Rest in Peace Sunshine.

    I would like to say under these circumstances I think it was insensitive and inconsiderate of the Mods. to Sunshine's family and friends to remove the posts of condolence made by a banned member. Surely a little bit of discretion could have been applied, this person was the closest of all of his friends on this forum, she phoned him every week and in the last few months every other day, she is making herself ill by not being able to show publicly how much she cared about Sunshine. No doubt this post will be removed from here as well, but let's hope that common sense will be applied in this instance over rules and regulations, so please let me say on behalf of Bright and Breezy how much she will miss speaking to Sunshine and how much her thoughts will be with his family today. No, I am not B&B but someone who knows how much Sunshine meant to her, so please mods let this post stay in these exceptional circumstances.

    I am sorry if you feel the actions of the moderating team were insensitive and inconsiderate. This was not our intention. However, it is against the sites terms and conditions for a banned member to re-register and continue to use the site no matter what the circumstance. Please note that we in no way wish to belittle anyones feelings or emotions at this sad time and will therefore leave this post in place, but may I now ask out of respect for Sunshine's family, that this thread now returns to its original purpose.

    I've only just become aware of this thread. The video is now live again, as is LotL video.

    It was sad to hear about Sunshine, I had news of him in April. Meeting him at the Humber bridge and enjoying breakfast all together is a memory I will never forget.
