The webcam on my Laptop Computer ok. Maybe you should try clearing the catch and the history to see if that helps.

If you read through the LG thread you'll see that several people have had issues.

If you trying to use VLC do the following:
Open VLC. Go to [Media] [Open Network Stream...]
and enter this URL:
carnyx.tv/.../playlist.m3u8
