HAPPY NEW WEEK and HAPPY FULL MOON!

Last week's Weekly Chat thread is HERE. The code for this week's thread is WC120114.

The Full Moon is Wednesday night in the U.S. and Thursday morning in the U.K.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week, and I hope you all see and feel some bright sunshine! Take heart, spring is only a couple of months away!

Here's a sunny photo, especially for Auntie, Margo, and anyone craving sun

I must say that I'm shocked - shocked! at how this thread has taken a turn for the worst ;-))

All I did was express concern for the well being of some moths. I am totally innocent.
    ;-)
  • Our Youngest has been telling me a hairy tale of how the other day, his engine died when he was in the outside lane of the M5. He coasted it to a halt next to the central reservation, causing a 4 mile tailback in the rush hour (his words). Eventually the Police came and he got towed to the hard shoulder, then later to the nearest exit. I was horrified - had he stayed in the car to be mown down, or got out to be run over? He had stood on top of the central barrier & phoned the Police! By the way, every time I type 'Police' this machine puts 'Olive'. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • By the way, all, I've seen photos of Lindy and she's beautiful. She doesn't really look like an ax murderer. :-)

Well, I don't know exactly where you are and it's getting late.  I know this is the case as Limpy is glued to Match of the Day.

I'd tell Limpy to look away Clare... I watched the West Ham match this afternoon...

[/quote]He's watching it now - for some reason he wants the manager to be sacked.  As usual.

Our herring gulls are red listed birds.  Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

I do too, Clare. He is the 13th highest paid football manager in the world after all...

  • Who are the first twelve?

  • I can see that I took a wrong turn in life, going to Secretarial College. I should have taken up football, its far better paid! Off to bed. Busy day doing not much, tomorrow... 'Night All.
  • Men's football is, Lindy - you hardly ever hear about the women.
