Birdies LG DU update.
Thanks patily,as Brenda,....fabulous , fantastic shots.
Apparently 06(09)and 30(05) have been ? bonding at site K but apparently wayward 30(05) and opportunistic 28(10), who is rapidly getting his feet under the table at Manton Bay but has yet to put any fish on it, were seen sitting together on another nest this morning. Watch this space :)
ChloeB & Tiger's Osprey Data

I am totally confused - is Blue 25 the only bird without a mate now - or was she just visiting yesterday while her mate was nestorising elsewhere = Help.
On a good note Blue28 has brought in a partially eaten fish, didn't really want to share but Mrs5R did get it off him - so all positive signs, he has also been bringing in new furniture and nest cupping.
Lmac - Blue 25(10)'s mate is Blue 11(10) who has returned. They are at Nest C. Rutland haven't worded it well but he is one of the breeding males from last year. Sorry don't know exact arrival date - still looking for this :-)))

Latest Team News from Rutland
My attempt at my current understanding of the current situation at Rutland, for the benefit of others & trying to get it straight in my head!!
All last years Ospreys have now returned except for 5R(04) (I suspect its very unlikely that we'll see him again), although I'm not sure If that includes 33(11).
03(97) has paired up with his normal female & eggs must be imminent.
Other breeding pairs from last year would be:
03(09) & Argyll Female
01(09) & 5N(04)
11(10) & 25(10)
In 5R's absence 28(10) has made a bid to claim the Manton Bay nest & Mrs 5R (do we change her name or does she remain Mrs 5R?). 28(10) spent much of last year on Lagoon 4 alone.
06(09) & 00(09) spent some of last year pair bonding but 06 has just returned and has been reported at Wooing 30(05). There is no word on 00(09)'s domestic situation in the last few days & she doesn't appear to keep a facebook page updated with her relationship status!!
24(10) has gone to Wales to find a man.
That just leaves bachelor's 30(10) & possibly 33(11)
Please let me know where I've misunderstood the current situation?
Thanks CHLOE Had to laugh when the wind tipped him up and I see he has at last got around to delivering a fish.
I don't think I'll be able to help caling her Mrs 5R
