Good morning, all, and welcome to the new month's thread. I imagine we'll have to wait and see whether Glesni has actually gone - if she has, she can look back on a season where she has every right to feel very proud of herself!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Ems says that Monty is out of camera view, with another fish. Clarach eating a fish on perch. Cerist screaming for a fish
Monty arrives with fish for Cerist, at last !!
Thanks Brenda, can't tell them apart unless you can see their ring clearly. I think Clarach was shouting a minute or two back but glad Cerist now has a fish.

Monty had eaten the head, so Cerist is left with a fat juicy fish. Clarach has not long finished her fish so both will have eaten well.
Ah. so they both have a fish but what was the shouting about just a minute or two ago for.
Cerit has been screaming for about an hour while Clarach was eating, but the screaming became ear splitting when Monty was in view with the latest fish.
The night cam has just come on and the girls are sitting on the T-post:
Good morning, all! There has been a fish delivery as one of the girls is eating.
ENS now. A bird has just flown to the T-post and I think it's Monty.
Morning CLARE
A quote from the chat says, "is that Clarach with the second fish?"
so Monty must have already been busy. No reply given yet
