Good morning, all, and welcome to the new month's thread. I imagine we'll have to wait and see whether Glesni has actually gone - if she has, she can look back on a season where she has every right to feel very proud of herself!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
super pics on the Facebook page, thanks for the info.

cam still focused on the perch - no ospreys there. They are still screeching away below.
its frustrating as the cam seems to be stuck on the perch view and you can hear the girls shouting away or perhaps the one that didn't get the fish.
cam has finally gone down to the nest and it looks like Monty is feeding and the girls are protesting vigerously. Copyright DOP

Monty is still stuffing himself with feeding one of the girls as well. Could he be telling them something. Copyright dop.
He has now flown off and one of the girls has claimed the remnants of the fish.
Don't ask me to identify them - one girl on the perch, I think she was the one who had the fish earlier. The other girl on the nest finishing off the remnants of the fish that Monty was eating.
