Is Green 7B still around? She did LG a big favour by sending in EJ.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

Map should work now.
Yes, works fine thanks Tiger. Looks great, though the colour of Oighrig's marker appears to have changed somewhat. Tsk! Now who could have done that? :))))

No. As Chloe said Green 7B died in 2005 leaving Orange VS with two young chicks. Now Orange VS was no Ollie as you know and the chicks were starving. As there was a translocation to Rutland in 2005 the chicks were taken to Rutland.See Saturday 23 July 2005
So Orange VS tried keeping both EJ and the nest she was driven away from - I hadn't realised.
Do we know if the chicks survived?

None of the 2005 translocation have ever been reported again as far as I know.
HFW Update 19 March. No Change, Green J is still at wintering site this morning.
Thanks Karen.
Sorry Green J's migration has got neglected.
She is chasing her husband to their nest. She should arrive not long after him.
