Breagh, last to leave, may not be as hungry as we think, since he may be fishing for himself, and we will not see it. Will Odin's apparent departure spur him on to leave on migration south for 2-3 yrs? ENS to come for fall, winter and part of spring... until EJ and Odin return. May they be safe.

Breagh calling again.
I haven't got any birdcalls at that time, LIMPY - possibly Dyfi again?
I'm off now, SYAL :-)

Great season synopsis, chocoholix. Good morning all. Too bad we can't clearly see if Breagh is wet or not, ie. trying for fish, as I imagine he might be since both youngsters have been seen wet before. It's time he get a move on, though...
but we must face it. Odin has gone
What a rotter, snuck off without us getting a last glimse and left one of kids behind :(
Have a last glimpse of him on me, Lmac:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
smashing photo CLARE
Wow, Clare, what a stunning photo. Thank you.
ENS and no osps calling off the nest :(

Lovely photo Clare. Yes, the season seems to be coming to an end and my hasn't it flown. Shinnanigins at the beginning with EJ but finally the bond with Odin to procure the species after he ejected the eggs she had already lain and then two healthy chicks, juves, one on its way and one still to go. Magnificent.
Thanks for all updates and pics .
