In just over four hours time (5:04 am) it will be the summer solstice. A real pivotal point in the year. From today forward the days will grow shorter and we know what that means. Enjoy the ospreys while we can because it will be a long wait until they return.

IMAGICAT
Back again with another chirrup and moving more sticks!!
And perhaps this is the final position...
EJ started moving the sticks again. There seems to be a lot of chestnut coloured lumps of wood scattered about!
Then EJ flew off, and Wotadin shows us how Mum did it!
Oh, Bless him Sheila! (or her, not sure yet...)
EJ's back, she did a fly by, Wotadin cheeped and she arrived.
I couldn't resist this one, both osplets (can I start to call them chicks yet?) sitting up and the sun shining!
Oh, I thought osplets stood in for chicks for ever :-/
Someone is sounding very grown up, no doubt Wottadin.
Is another fish due?
Well, it is shining, just not in that pic above! EJ has been breaking up one or two of the chestnut coloured pieces of wood.
