Here's to the month of June where we hope for at least one of Lady's and Laddie's eggs to hatch.
Osprey diary Friday 28th June 2013 including Emma's story about rescuing an osprey chick
Thanks, Kate - that made lovely reading (except for the injury!).
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Thanks Kate - a lovely story with a happy ending :)

Thanks KateP
I think Emma is talking about when Stig - BLUE LM fell out of the nest in 2009. His siblings Blue LK Tokyo, and Blue LL Caledonia had fledged.

Thank you Mary GK. Interesting to read the story as told at the time.
BTW for anyone worried by lack of fish today - one was delivered at 21.53. Not a very large fish - finished by 22.16 -but gratefully received!
Great KateP to hear that Laddie delivered a late supper.
Thanks, Mary and KateP.

Awake and doing morning ablutions whilst waiting for breakfast.
Morning SK2 - Certainly looks a nice sunny morning at Lowes, the loch looks ideal for fishing.
