Brecks bonanza event tomorrow: What activities will be on offer

We have our annual August family fun day on the reserve tomorrow 10am-4pm. This FREE event is themed specifically on the Brecks. The reserve lays on the border between the Fens and the Brecks and the Brandon Fen family trail is our very own little bit of Breckland:

There will be a wide range of activities on offer so here is a list of what we will be offer:

• A Brecks Explorer trail around the Brandon Fen family trail
• "Pingo" dipping to see what beasts lurk under the depths of the reserve pools
• Mini-beast hunting between the visitor centre and the car park
• A "Brecks spot it" wildlife challenge to see what wildlife you find while you are out on the trail 
• Breckland hoopla outside the visitor centre
• Badge making in the visitor centre
• A cuddly toy tombola
• Various quizzes, puzzles and colouring sheets available in the visitor centre

This is a "drop- in" style event so you can either pop in for an hour or so or make a day of it. There is no need to book so we hope to see you tomorrow!
