Recently Mary and myself have started spying on the local wildlife with the use of the reserve trail camera. We had great results the first two days but the second two gave us nothing but a rat using one of the waterways.
(Red deer on the woodland trail)
(Cat using the woodland trail - In the bottom right corner)
(Pheasant in the woods)
(Two roe deer in the woods)
(Hare in the woods)
(Wood mouse? Definitely a mouse but which kind is hard to tell)
(Rat using one of the streams)
I'm almost certain there will be some future updates on this. We're just practising at the moment and ironing out any difficulties but all pretty excited about what we might be able to photograph at Loch Gruinart.
