The weather this summer so far has been great on Coll and the corncrakes have done well. We found 89 calling males over the island and while it's a bit late to hear them calling we have seen plenty of young birds wandering around getting use to world in which the live. If you have time and a bit patience drop by the Information Room and you may get a glimpse.
