Drone Use on Hayle Estuary

Hi all, I know its a long shot (due to poor photo quality) but does anyone know this male? He was seen to fly a drone over Lelant Saltings disturbing all the wintering birds on the mud flats! This is obviously an offence and police would like to speak to him! If you do see this activity happening please phone the police! Thanks, Paul
