Howdy folks! Welcome back to another edition of the Frampton Marsh recent sightings. With me, Chris the visitor guy
This might be short and snappy this week as I have to head off to the opening do of Wash Week. What is Wash Week? It is a week-long series of events celebrating the diverse and diverse heritage of The Wash. You can find the events programme here.
So yes, onwards to the maps!
Must have been the weather on Monday, very much quieter!
Yes, must have been the weather. Everything came back!
This pectoral sandpiper (assuming it is all the same one) is being nicely long-staying!
Right, no time for fancy photos. I do have some but I really need to get going. I will try to make sure instead you have a bumper crop in next week's blog.
Remember, if you are going to visit us, you can keep up to day with the sightings by following our Twitter account. No need to have an account yourself, we make it so everyone can see it. If you do tweet yourself, please remember to use #RSPBframpton so we can see what you are posting, and also ideally mention @RSPBNorfolkLinc. If you have any good photos (or video, or even artwork) we'd love to see that too. Tweet it, or share it on our Facebook page or our Flickr account.
I hope you all have a great week, take care, have fun, and I will catch you next time.
Reedbed, freshwater scrapes, saltmarsh and wet meadow. Frampton Marsh has it all! Come and pay us a visit soon.
