Chiff Chaffs in full swing down Lin Dyke plus a single Sand Martin flew over Lin Dyke Lagoon on Tuesday. Today two Avocets came into land in front of the Lin Dyke hide, they were quite vocal and spent their time preening and wading out into quite deep water, they then flew off over to New Flash and I lost them from sight. 3 or 4 Little Egrets are also around at the moment around the Flashes.
