Beki, try the rich formatting as I described above. Large as possible please. The forum will modify it to an acceptable size but if you click on the photo I used you will see it pops up at the original size. We can then right click and use "Save picture as...". Just a suggestion..... :-)
Denis.
Tried both ways - however I have emailed you directly on denis@denisg.co.uk
fairburn names map.pdf
Hopefully you'll be able to view/download this .pdf A couple of caveats relating to this map, it shows all the landmarks on the site, unfortunately they are not all accessible to the public for various reasons. Some aren't accessible so we can ensure the protection of the wildlife and their habitat and some for safety reasons. The trail guide map we give out to visitors does not include all this information to avoid encouraging visitors to areas which aren't really accessible.
The red line shows the boundaries of the reserve, this is the area for which we have wardening permission, but we do not have the lease for the whole of this area.
I hope this is helpful to those of you who need the extra info

Absolutely excellent Robert. Many thanks.
You are welcome - I think the RSPB may have uploaded up an even more comprehensive one now
Beki, thank you for your version too. I converted to .jpg and it has printed fine on A4. It's very interesting as well, I used to think the staff used to speak in secret code sometimes ;-)
Maybe so Robert but your modified RSPB one is the one that should be readily available for all visitors and should be the one shown on the site hand-out. Just my humble opinion of course!
Yes, , I haven't been able to upload pics here or on the Blacktofts site for a couple of weeks now. Have reported it but don't expect any change until the new year now.
