When just about to leave on Thursday last suddenly something caught my eye, in the grass near the Bittern hide path was a kestrel, suddenly the kestrel took off I couldn't believe my eyes it was carrying a Blackbird, how it managed to Carry the Blackbird was beyond belief but some how it did, it flew low for around 10 meteres then exhaustingly dropped on to the Bittern hide path still clawing to the Blackbird, after a minute or so it set off again holding the Blackbird with one claw for another 10 or so meteres then landed at the top of the Path on the way to the Bittern hide.
