This year we are delighted to bring you an exciting set of Wellbeing Workshops, in the beautiful setting of RSPB Old Moor. Each one will help you to tap into the wonders of the changing seasons, as well as teaching you how to stay calm, positive and happy throughout the ups and downs of the year.
The workshops are being guided by Louise Oliver, Mindfulness Teacher and Wellbeing Professional. She designed and voiced our Wellbeing Trail and now is bringing people together to connect with each other and with mother nature, through the means of mindfulness, meditation and contemplation.
This is an amazing opportunity to regain a sense of clarity and inner calm, by taking a few hours away from those electronic screens and the busyness of everyday life, to discover the healing power of our natural surroundings. A chance to slow down, breathe, and connect to nature with all of our senses so we can leave feeling balanced and uplifted.
Afterwards, you may wish to put your new skills into practice by staying on site and exploring the reserve at your own pace and in your own time.
