Started Moth Trapping again after several years away from this fascinating hobby as we seem not to get the large hawk moths in any numbers around Newton Stewart. However, testing the equipment for this friday's bat and moth night although very cold caught 5 species but this one although common stood out as a very pretty moth the burnish is iridescent.
