The first WeBs count of the New Year provided a couple of interesting birds for the Crook and the wider Wigtown Bay with a Glaucous Gull ans a Long Billed Dowitcher on the Crook and further up the Bay a Icelandic Gull.

Finally I am running two dawn flights a month till the end of March on Sunday mornings.
January the 8th event was quite quiet with only 500 pinks and about 50 barnies but is lovely to get out at that time of the morning and get the atmosphere of the bay.
