Our paths are very muddy and there is work going on along the track. We are improving the habitat for birds and wildlife with new scrapes, water systems and a predator fence. After the diggers have left the paths will be back to normal and there will be more ways to view wildlife.

The birds don't seem to mind, however. The last time I was down the Lonning there must have been at least a 1000 Starlings and dozens of Fieldfare and Redwings on the International Pools area. Brave the Mud!
