It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of Norman on 14th September.
Norman has been with the RSPB since 1985. Since the early 90s he has been Campfield Marsh Reserve's manager since its inception and, more recently, Senior Cumbria Coast Reserve's Manager which also included Hodbarrow and St Bees Reserves.
He will be sadly missed by all who came into contact with him, for his warm and friendly manner - but be assured, his spirit will always remain within the fabric of these great reserves.
